Modular Lighting Collection

Designed by Boris Berlin, the Modular Lighting Collection combines sustainability and flexibility, with each model made from 50% recycled PET. The STEP and SEGMENT models can be extended or shortened to meet the specific needs of any interior, offering functional ease for interior designers. With a selection of 53 colors, each module can be customized in different shades, adding a unique aesthetic richness and a personalized touch to spaces. This collection offers both acoustic and visual enhancement, providing sustainable and versatile lighting solutions for modern interiors.

Segment

SEGMENT is a pendant modular lighting system. Its concealed LED light source permits the choice of downlight, uplight, or both at the same time.
The modules of the SEGMENT lampshade are moulded in recycled PET felt and have a significant acoustic impact on the room.
SEGMENT’s “dome” shape with the opening at the top, like the dome of the Pantheon, has no visible light source except it, creating the intriguing “empty” cupola in the room—it doesn’t matter if it is used over the table or free as an ambient lamp.
Its three modules allow multiple configurations, from the possibility of round pendants of different sizes to very elaborate ones following the most demanding interior layout.

Step

STEP is a pendant modular lighting designed to use different light sources, including retrofit LED light bulbs and LED light tubes.
Produced in recycled PET felt, STEP lampshades have a dual function: they reflect light and absorb sound.
Its “stepped cone” shape refers to the image of the light cone. It also allows one to choose the desired height of the lampshade, while its modularity allows one to achieve the desired length.
This flexibility permits the STEP to meet any specific interior requirements, such as being used over diverse tables – from cafés to bigger dining and conference tables, from workstations to ambient loft lighting.
